Signature Health Reopening Guidelines
- Masks: Masks are mandatory to wear when entering Signature Health.
- Travel: All clients who have travelled outside of Atlantic Canada and have not quarantined for 14 days will not be able to complete their appointment and will be asked to re-schedule their appointment. Clients can call Monique Fares at 902-700-6556 or email at monique.fares@signaturehealth.ca.
- Symptoms: All clients who have two of the following symptoms are asked to re-schedule their appointment and follow proper NS guidelines on how to get tested for COVID-19.
- Symptoms:
- headache
- sore throat
- shortness of breath
- nasal congestion or runny nose
- Screening Checklist: All clients will go through a screening checklist upon entering the clinic. This checklist will cover symptoms, travel and any other public health safety guidelines we have been requested to follow.
- Hand Washing: Hand washing and proper use of hand sanitizers will be requested throughout the appointment.
- Social Distancing: All clients will need to maintain the social distancing rules of 6ft/2m from another individual in the clinic. When social distancing is not possible (i.e. during an examination with a health professional); clients will use proper PPE.
- PPE: PPE will be provided to clients during the clinic when needed and required.
